First look. So scary for grooms. So much anticipation for brides. So much pressure to get the perfect look.
We shot this photo on the steps to the Cache County building in Logan Utah. When we do a first look, we build the anticipation by making the groom wait extra long to see his bride. In essence, we torture him a little bit. But every single time, Nate reminds the grooms that you don't have to give the perfect look. It's not about the look on your face. We just want you to be able to look back at the photos and remember how you felt when you saw that small glimpse of the rest of your life. It's a beautiful moment no matter what the look on your face says.
With all that said, occasionally it's nice to have a groom that shows a little extra emotion. This adorable groom just couldn't hold back the emotion when he saw his bride for the first time. She did look absolutely stunning, but he has a genuine love for her that he couldn't hold back. What a sweet, sweet time for us to be behind the lens! It was beyond exciting to sit back and watch the moment happen. I can't wait to do it again!
